PRDnationwide Laurieton is a family owned and run agency.

We are known as the areas leading real estate office, servicing the areas of Laurieton, Dunbogan, West Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Kew, Kendall Johns River, Herons Creek and other surrounding suburbs. We specialise in all aspects of real estate and our team have a full range of licences including real estate agents, stock & station agents, business agents and accredited auctioneers.

PRDnationwide Laurieton is owned and run by Paul, Jennifer, Simon and Natasha Hancox. The history of the current operations dates back to 1990, when Paul was employed as a salesman by Ken Hall of KB Hall & Sons which was established in 1973. A franchise change to Nationwide Realty took place in 1983.

In 1996 Paul and a business partner purchased both Nationwide Realty Laurieton and Camden Haven Letting Agency enjoying success in both fields, sales and rentals.

Nationwide Realty Laurieton then merged with PRD in 1999 and became PRDnationwide Laurieton, thereby becoming part of a nationwide real estate network consisting of over 120 franchises across Australia.

Paul and Jennifer took ownership of PRDnationwide Laurieton in 2002. In 2008, Paul and Jennifer's Son Simon, returned to the area to become a salesman in the office. After winning numerous top salesperson awards in the PRDnationwide franchise, Simon and his Wife Natasha became 50% shareholders and directors of the company in 2015. Natasha joined the business as office manager in 2016.
